Conditions of Sale
1. Suitable selection of tiles is the responsibility of the purchaser. 2. Ownership of goods not passed until payment is made and cleared. 3. This price list supersedes all others and will be subject to price change without notice. 4. Returns/ Credits. (i) Tiles returned must be in a salable condition. (ii) Only full boxes of currently stocked shades will be accepted . (iii) Return of goods will not be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice . (iv) No returns on sale items , discontinued lines or goods out of stock. (V). Invoice number is to be quoted on goods returned for credit. (vi) A handling charge will apply to returned goods. 5. No claims shall be allowed in respect of variation in shade and if goods are found to be of a defective nature after tiles are fixed. No tile is guaranteed against crazing. 6. No responsibility is accepted for quantities estimated by the company. 7. All goods sold are subject to their normal and natural colour variations and samples fiver or in showroom are considered indicative only. 8. No responsibility will be accepted by the company for damage which occurs from the use of cleaning products in cleaning tiles or stone. 9. Where goods are delivered to a building site or any other point specified by the buyer, the goods are at the risk of the buyer from the time of leaving our store, while in transit and upon delivery and whether or not any receipt for delivery is given. 10. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check all goods on receipt. 11. All natural stone supplied is subject to shade and pattern variation. 12. Deposits will not be refunded for change of selection. 13. All Natural Stone is recommended to be sealed after installation and cleaning to be completed without acid based products.

Thing to be aware of when inspecting your order:
Verify: The finish, colour, size and pattern of the tiles correlate to your order.
Count: The quantity of tiles is correct.
Check: All boxes are labelled with the same batch number and code.
Inspect: All tiles for defects or damage.
If defects or damage have occurred, bring them back into store and we will happily exchange or replace them. If you are unable to return, clear photos will need to be sent through to sales@wdtiles.com.au.
It is the responsibility of the tiler under management of the builder and / or homeowner to check the tiles before laying them.
Tiles are quoted in their approximate size only. As an industry standard their actual size can vary by +/- 2mm. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that a wall tile and floor tile will line up perfectly, despite both tiles being the same size e.g. 297x600.
We will NOT accept: Any claims for replacement, repair or reimbursement once tiles have been laid; or claims for defects, size, shade variation or any other fault that should have been reasonably clear prior to laying.
