We want to ensure that you are happy with your order.
This is why we offer you a 30 day return policy.

• Tiles can be returned upon the following conditions:

• 1. The tiles returned are in a saleable condition.
  2. Only full boxes of currently stocked shades will be accepted.
  3. Return of goods will not be accepted after 30 days from date
  of invoice
  4. Invoice number is to be quoted on goods returned for credit.
  5. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned goods.
  6. No claims shall be allowed in respect of variation in shade
  and if goods are found to be of a defective nature
  after tiles are fixed.
  No tile is guaranteed against crazing.

• We cannot accept returns on
  - Shades that we no longer stock
  - Part boxes, only full boxes can be returned.
  - Sale, discontinued or out of stock goods
